Growing up in a Muslim-majority country, Agnes was surrounded by a loving Christian family. But outside her home, relentless bullying — first at school and then online — left deep emotional scars.
The constant attacks eventually led to a diagnosis of social anxiety disorder, and the pain became so overwhelming that Agnes confessed to her mother she was having suicidal thoughts.
Then you reached out to her through Kuncup, a digital ministry created by a local OneHope team you support.
There, Agnes connected with an online missionary who listened, encouraged her, and reminded her that her life mattered — that she was deeply loved by God and never alone.
Through God’s Word and consistent discipleship and encouragement, something began to change.
Agnes began to see God’s goodness in her life, and her relationship with Jesus became stronger as hope gradually replaced despair. Today, Agnes is living with renewed purpose.
She now actively serves in her church, spends time in prayer, and reads Scripture daily, holding onto the truth that Jesus is with her and will never leave her.

Not long ago, when we talked about missions, we imagined crossing oceans, navigating borders, and traveling to villages tucked away in places few had ever heard of.
That calling hasn’t changed, but the mission field has.

What encourages me most is that these digital interactions are often the beginning of a journey. Through our online missionaries around the world, we’ve watched young people move from curiosity to conversation, from conversation to community, and from community to lives transformed by Jesus. Time and again, we’ve seen a simple click become the first step toward discipleship.

With your support and prayers, OneHope reaches young people no missionary could otherwise reach — across closed borders, remote terrain, and cultures where open ministry isn’t possible.
Today, 40 localized digital programs carry the Gospel to children and youth around the world. Here are three of the most effective.
Path Light
Designed for Muslim seekers, Path Light uses video storytelling and Gospel film clips to help young people connect emotionally with Scripture. Seekers can then talk openly with online missionaries in a safe, culturally sensitive space. This program is currently reaching communities in sensitive regions of Asia.
Unfinished Story
Built for seekers ages 13-19, this mobile-first program places young people inside real-life situations that mirror biblical stories. After watching Gospel film clips, users are invited by online missionaries to discover how Jesus meets their deepest needs. This program is available anywhere in the world.
What If It’s True?
In places where Christians are so few that a curious young person may not know a single believer, What If It’s True? offers a safe digital path to explore the Gospel. Users can connect with online missionaries or discipleship cohorts to keep growing in faith. This program is available worldwide.
You met him on his search for truth
Sanjay was searching for God.
In Southern Asia, where he was growing up, he explored Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, and Christianity … Yet he remained restless — satisfied by no answer he found.
He had even prayed to Jesus before, and felt something he couldn’t explain: peace. But doubt crept back in. Was there a greater god still out there to find? Before he could trust, he wanted proof.
Then he found What If It’s True?, the online Scripture-based web program you make possible. An online missionary was there to listen, ask questions, point him to Scripture, and share the story of Joseph — a man who trusted God even in suffering.
Then came the turning point: Sanjay admitted something he hadn’t fully faced before. Of everything he’d tried, only prayer to Jesus had brought him peace.
By the end of the conversation, Sanjay said he felt free.
He hasn’t yet given his life to Christ — but in a part of the world where even asking these questions carries risk, his search continues, now pointed toward Jesus.
