Reach twice as many children like Daniel with God’s Word!
Across Latin America, many children in indigenous communities have yet to receive God’s Word in a way they can understand — across Venezuela many children in impoverished communities are still waiting, too: A decimated economy, governmental collapse, increasing crime, and social upheaval make it difficult for churches to reach out …
Daniel was suffering from Venezuela’s troubles: from a dysfunctional family, he learned to take care of himself by lying and acting out.
But when he watched our animated Gospel film Rose, Daniel saw himself in the protagonist who wanted to cheat to win … and he realized he could “win” by choosing to follow Jesus.
His parents were stunned by the transformation in Daniel’s behavior — his mother even sent a thank-you note to the Sunday school teacher!
hYou can deliver the life-transforming power of God’s Word to 3 million more children and youth like Daniel in the never-reached and hard-to-reach places of the world today — and your donation will be DOUBLED in impact by the $500,000 No Child Forgotten Matching Challenge! This means every $1 will get God’s Word to 6 children and youth!
But the challenge deadline is May 31. Please don’t wait!

Mary’s Story of Hope — and Healths
In many nations where vulnerable communities lack access to essential health information, our World Without Sickness program makes a significant difference. It teaches children about health and hygiene, so it is often welcomed in the schools — and the book includes the story of Jesus and the plan of salvation, too. Ten-year-old Mary from Tbong Khmum province in Cambodia received the World Without Sickness program when her school welcomed visitors who shared proper tooth-brushing techniques and introduced the students to Jesus. World Without Sickness profoundly impacted Mary’s understanding of health and faith. She learned about God’s creation of a world free from illness.
The lesson that really stood out for her is the story of Jesus’ resurrection. Mary says. “The best part is that when the angels told the women that Jesus has risen from the dead just as He promised, I knew He was not just an ordinary person.”
This realization led Mary to accept Jesus into her life, bringing her joy and a desire to share her newfound faith with friends.
Mary’s story exemplifies how the World Without Sickness program not only improves health awareness but also opens doors for children to encounter the life-changing message of the Scriptures. Thank you for sending God’s Word to transform young lives and whole families!
I knew Jesus was not just an ordinary person.

A Father’s love reaches Janisha
In the quiet corners of a Christian orphanage in Southern Asia, an 8-year-old girl named Janisha carried a deep wound of loss.
Orphaned as a baby, she had never known her parents, and her young heart was filled with disappointment and anger. She believed God had abandoned her, blaming Him for taking away the family she had never known.
But God had a different plan.
When Janisha received a simple Scripture book called The Big Rescue, something remarkable happened. On just one page, she discovered a transformative truth: God loves everyone, and He created each person in His own image. As she read the stories, a gentle hope began to replace her pain.
During a Sunday school lesson, Janisha’s heart opened completely. “As an orphan,” she proclaimed, “I have never seen my parents, yet I learned that I have a Father in Heaven and His name is Jesus.”
Your faithful support makes moments like these possible. In the most challenging and hard-to-reach places, you are helping children like Janisha discover the profound love of a heavenly Father who never abandons them.
Thank you for bringing hope where hope seems impossible!

A door always open: You’re reaching 3 million in Rome this summer
Something extraordinary is happening this summer: four Holy Doors at the Vatican have been opened for a Catholic Year of Jubilee — and OneHope is throwing open the doors to Christ’s love for millions of spiritual seekers converging on Rome for events throughout the city.
Imagine a unique moment when 40 million pilgrims from around the world gather in one place, searching for meaning, hope, and connection. The Forever Open initiative is our strategic response to this unprecedented opportunity to share the transformative message of Jesus Christ with an entire generation of seekers.
Our ambitious plan is remarkable: we will distribute 3 million specially designed editions of the Book of Hope in five languages, strategically placed where pilgrims will gather. But we’re not stopping at print — each book includes a QR code linking to a digital platform with deep spiritual resources, ensuring continued engagement beyond the initial encounter.
Partnering with organizations like The Chosen, Come and See Foundation, and the Museum of the Bible, we’re creating multiple touchpoints for spiritual exploration. Our teams will be on the ground, ready to distribute materials, engage in meaningful conversations, and pray with pilgrims seeking authentic spiritual experiences.
Europe is often described as “post-Christian,” but this summer proves that spiritual hunger remains alive and deep. This is a once-in-a-generation moment to demonstrate that while church doors might close, the door to Jesus remains forever open.
Your support makes this audacious mission possible. Together, we can reach millions with the hope of Christ.

Faithfully present to who we are in Christ reaches historic milestone!

If your wallet or passport has ever been misplaced or stolen, you know the immense hassle it can be to get your identification documents renewed. Replacing your passport and driver’s license can typically be settled in a matter of weeks, but sometimes, as Christians, we need to be reminded of our Kingdom identity and how it relates to transformation.
In the Gospels, we encounter the story of Jesus’ baptism and how He becomes a perpetual agent of transformation in the world. In Jesus’ time, and even now, healthy influence requires having a clear understanding of identity to provoke a worthwhile impact. That is why God let Jesus know from the beginning of His ministry who He was: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased” (Mark 1:11, NIV). If the Father saw the need to publicly acknowledge the identity of Jesus, how much more must we be reminded and affirmed of who we are?
In preparing to write Change Your World with John C. Maxwell, I had the opportunity to read great works by people who studied change in the Church. In his book To Change the World, James Davison Hunter showed some of the evangelical church’s fractures, primarily conducted by a major identity crisis of not knowing who they were.
Hunter suggested that to be world changers, we should be faithfully present in our realities, opposed to being defensive, separated from, or assimilated into the world. This is similar to the biblical example of Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who understood and respected the ways of the Babylonians but knew what to abstain from and whom not to worship.
There will be times in life when we may find ourselves in challenging places or when our identity will be challenged. Even through this, the Lord will guide and empower us to make a change, just as He did with Daniel and his friends. As we remain faithful, we have the opportunity to bring change to the world to affect future generations.

Seeds of faith: Children lead the way in Coatzacoalcos
In the bustling port city of Coatzacoalcos, where the waters of the Gulf of Mexico meet a rich tapestry of cultures and languages, God’s work is taking root in unexpected ways.
This diverse community, home to indigenous Zapotec and Náhuatl speakers alongside many other ethnic groups, presents unique challenges for sharing the Gospel — but Pastor Deysi saw these challenges as opportunities.
When Pastor Deysi founded Génesis church in an overlooked corner of the city, she knew traditional outreach wouldn’t be enough to bridge language and cultural barriers. With unwavering faith and the Scripture-engagement resources you helped provide, she launched a strategy that would transform her community: reach the children first.
Each Saturday morning, the small church building came alive with children’s laughter as Pastor Deysi welcomed them with open arms and a nutritious breakfast. Using OneHope’s Scripture- engagement programs like Superbook, the Bible App for Kids, and the Royal Family Book of Hope with its lion mascot LeonEl, she created an environment where God’s Word became accessible and exciting for children from all backgrounds.
Pastor Deysi’s innovative approach of hosting graduation ceremonies for each completed Bible program created a bridge. Parents who had never stepped inside a church came to celebrate their children’s achievements. They watched with pride as their little ones recited Scripture and shared stories of Jesus — many hearing these truths for the first time themselves.
The children became the heartbeat of Génesis, and through them, entire families began crossing the threshold of faith.
Today, what began as a children’s ministry has blossomed into a thriving congregation reaching Coatzacoalcos’ diverse language groups. Your generous support of these Scripture resources has helped break through barriers that once seemed impenetrable, proving once again that God’s Word knows no boundaries.
